Bellevue site could see 72 apartments

BELLEVUE — Long owned by a local family, there's an undeveloped patch of land at 5901 140th Ave. N.E., a little west of Bellevue Golf Course.

A creek runs through the 19 acres, so not all of it may be developed. However, advisor Davis Investors filed a 72-unit apartment plan last month, which isn't yet in formal review with the city.
