Buy, demolish, build? 27 Bellevue units could be yours to develop

The two-building condo/townhouse proposal would have 27 units.

As the DJC then reported, plans emerged early last year on the far north end of Bellevue — almost in Kirkland — to redevelop a small office park at 3805 108th Ave. N.E. That's uphill from the Burgermaster on Northup Way, a few steps from the South Kirkland Park & Ride.
