Times has permit for Alley 24 move

The Times said that half its 500-plus staffers would occupy Alley 24, but not all on a five-day-week basis.

SEATTLE — Plans emerged in August for the Seattle Times to move from its longtime home on Fairview Avenue over to the Alley 24 office building, next to REI, a few blocks to the east.
