20 townhouses trade in Yakima

YAKIMA — The Cornell Townhouses, at 1012 Cornell Ave., recently sold for about $2 million.

Kidder Mathews announced the sale, with its Max Frame working both sides of the deal, which was worth about $103,500 per unit.
