Security Properties acquires 398 units in Issaquah for $192M

The complex, just south of the freeway, spans about 30 acres.

Six years ago, the California insurer Pacific Life and local shop Security Properties paid a bit over $163 million for the Anthology Apartments in Issaquah. That 18-building, 398-unit complex is on the immediate south side of Interstate 90, at 1610 Anthology Ave. N.W., north of Newport Way.
