44 Bellevue units sell for over $17M

BELLEVUE — A low-rise apartment complex at 12112 S.E. 31st St. sold last week for nearly $17.5 million, according to King County records.

The seller was Juniper I LLC, which is associated with original developer Pine Forest Properties. That's the investment and development arm of the Burnstead family, which had owned the land before construction.
