Fraternity house changes hands

By JOURNAL STAFF

SEATTLE — The vacant former Lambda Chi Alpha fraternity house, at 4509 19th Ave. N.E., sold last week for a little over $4.6 million, according to King County records.

The seller was the fraternity's nonprofit parent foundation, which had owned the property since it was developed in 1928.
