$600M bond issue to back new Horizon House tower

The 33-story tower will be located just above Freeway Park on First Hill.

As the DJC first reported on Monday, the planned 33-story West Tower at the Horizon House retirement community has its master use permit. No start date has been declared for the project, to replace the small old West Wing. That's just above Freeway Park, at 900 University St. on First Hill.
