In first sale, 240 units in Snohomish County trade for over $51M

A little west of the Arlington airport and freeway, the Villas at Lakewood, at 16800 27th Ave. N.E., sold earlier this month for about for $51.3 million. Snohomish Country only recorded the deal last week. The seller was Villas at Lakewood Partners LLLP, which is associated with builder Exxel Pacific and AVS Communities, a California multifamily developer. They acquired the land in 2013 for almost $2 million, then developed the apartments.
