Vulcan's 302-unit Bellevue project goes to Holland

Taco Time is gone, and Filament East will soon rise.

For the two proposed Filament apartment buildings in downtown Bellevue, Vulcan Real Estate and W.G. Clark Construction did a certain amount of demo, groundwork and utilities relocation … then all work paused last year. What some may recall as the former Taco Time property, plus a vanished neighboring strip mall, is eventually to have two midrise apartment buildings — east and west — with 302 units.
