Lock Vista, with 192 Ballard units, sells for over $43M

Looking northwest, Lock Vista has lots of parking and easy pizza access.

Lock Vista, at 3025 N.W. Market St., sold this week for a little more than $43.7 million, according to King County records. The seller was Lock Vista Apartments LLC, associated with the local Wyckoff family, which acquired the property in 2004 for just under $18 million.
