53 units near SLU sell for over $15M

SEATTLE — The Borealis apartments, at 109 Dexter Ave. N., sold last week for $15.5 million, according to King County records.

The seller was Borealis Apartments LLC, which is associated with Private Portfolio Group and Pillar Communities, which acquired the property in 2014 for almost $12.5 million.
