Once an extended-stay, 183 Capitol Hill units now leasing

Nov. 10 was the declared opening day for a hotel-to-apartment conversion on Capitol Hill. It barely missed that target, but the Avia Apartments on Pike is now leasing its 183 units. Its website is up and running.
