Queen Anne SEDU site sells for $3M

By JOURNAL STAFF

SEATTLE — A possible future development site at 6 and 10 Dravus St. sold this week for $3 million, according to King County records.

The seller was Six Ten Dravus St Holdings LLC, which acquired the property in 2017 for $1.9 million. The seller had a master use permit for a four-story, 86-unit SEDU project, but two old commercial buildings remain for now.
