Fife industrial sells for almost $8M

FIFE, Pierce County — A three-building industrial complex at 2523 Pacific Hwy. E. sold this week for $7.9 million, according to Pierce County records.

The seller was Fortune Investments, which acquired the property in 2017 for $4.3 million.
