Bellevue building shifts from Spaceflight to Starfish

The site is just north of I-90, near Richards Creek.

This past May, after an only five-year hold, Terreno Realty sold an Eastgate industrial property at a handsome profit. The building at 13150 S.E. 32nd St. was then leased to Spaceflight, a satellite company acquired two years ago by Firefly Aerospace, which is based in Texas. Operations now seem to have been consolidated there in the Lone Star State.
