45 Uptown units to replace offices?

SEATTLE — A small pair of neighboring old Uptown office buildings was brought under the same ownership in 2017 and 2019. Once home to a fishery business and other small tenants, they may now be vacant. Demolition seems to be their certain fate.

IHB Architects filed a new apartment plan this week for 333 First Ave. W. It calls for a six-story, 45-unit building, apparently with no parking. The scheme carries a nominal value of $11 million.
