179 Pierce County units, plus retail, trade for $48M

The six-building complex also has a not insignificant retail component.

Trax at DuPont Station, at 1430 Wilmington Drive and related addresses, sold this week for $48 million, according to Pierce County records. The sellers, via a limited partnership, were Security Properties and ReCap Real Estate Investments (the latter is part of Reinsurance Group of America).
