Builder buys Bothell building

By JOURNAL STAFF

BOTHELL — A small office building at 18704 Bothell Way N.E. sold this week for a bit over $5.2 million, according to King County records.

The seller was original developer Hillcrest Investors LLC, which under a different name acquired the land in 2005. That was via an unpriced property swap with the Northshore School District.
