French pastries to fill vacant Starbucks in PSQ

The corner space, at First and Yesler, has been vacant for about five years.

The Starbucks at 102 First Ave. S., on the very prominent corner of Yesler Way, closed nearly five years back. That was a pandemic casualty, as opposed to the recent wave of store closures — which are intended to cut costs.
