In SLU, 760 Aloha's first tenant is also the new owner

The boutique office building lies a block west of Lake Union.

The vacant but award-winning 760 Aloha St. building in South Lake Union opened two years ago. That pre-pandemic office project from Nitze-Stagen later went to the lender, Bank OZK, then sold last month to the proprietors of local tech firm MangoApp for a little over $7.7 million.
