Instead of SEDUs, an ‘urban country club' is planned on NQA

The industrial complex, center, is near Seattle Pacific University.

As the DJC reported last week, a small cluster of North Queen Anne industrial buildings sold for $3 million to local investors. The seller had once proposed 86-unit SEDU project, with permits in place.
