$5M sale clears way for food warehouse

FREDERICKSON, Pierce County — A vacant future development site at 13208 Canyon Road E. sold last week for $5.1 million, according to Pierce County records.

The seller was 13208 Canyon Road LLC, which is associated with CES Northwest and Neil Walter Co. They assembled the property in 2022 for about $2.5 million.
