Sierra nears finish line on spec industrial project in Maltby

Work began early this year on the 76,346-square-foot building.

Well north of Woodinville, in the Maltby area, a mostly vacant patch of dirt has changed hands several times over the years. At 8323 Maltby Road, aka Highway 524, the 4.7-acre expanse had attracted owners including Northwest Basketball Institute and Peters & Keatts Equipment, but their building plans came to naught.
