Goodman sells WWII-era Lakewood apartment complex for over $21M

Befitting its age, the 10-acre complex has very mature trees.

A vintage Lakewood apartment complex at 8333 32nd Ave. S. sold this week for almost $21.5 million, according to Pierce County records.
