Wyckoff pays $21M for Chateau Ste. Michelle property

The new owner hasn’t announced any plans for its Woodinville property.

The roughly 148-acre Chateau Ste. Michelle property in Woodinville, at 14111 N.E. 145th St., sold last week for just shy of $20.8 million, according to King County records.
