Terreno makes $27M industrial buy in Tukwila

The new owner plans a renovation in 2027, followed by a fresh leasing effort.

An industrial building at 510-555 Andover Park W. sold this week for a little over $27 million, according to King County records. The seller was Roffe and Associates LLC, a family entity that had owned the property for decades.
