In first trade, Pine Street Group sells Via6 to Weidner for $295M

    Completed in 2013 by Lease Crutcher Lewis, the building features a large rooftop amenity area atop the podium separating the towers.

    The Via6 apartments, at 2121 Sixth Ave. in the Denny Triangle, changed hands for the first time this week. King County recorded two related deals on Tuesday.
