Slalom recommits to Hawk Tower perch in the Stadium District

Slalom has the top four floors in the 18-story tower, which was completed in 2018.

Slalom Hawk Tower has been the moniker for the former Avalara Hawk Tower since 2023, when Slalom left the Exchange Building — near the downtown waterfront — and moved a few blocks south to 255 S. King St., in the Stadium District. And the ownership of the Hawk Tower/Embassy Suites block changed names back in 2021, when developer American Life split up.
