Security Properties strikes shrewd $51M Denver deal

Security Properties announced its latest multifamily acquisition this month. It paid about $51 million for the 300-unit Rosemont West 84th. Where's that? About eight miles north of downtown Denver, in the Federal Heights neighborhood.
