FOX 13 forsaking Westlake for the Denny Triangle, with new TV studio at Axis9

The broadcaster is claiming the second floor, with occupancy to come late next year.

In the Denny Triangle, at 1800 Ninth Ave., what's now branded as Axis9 is slowly gaining new office tenants. (Amazon had vacated the building under prior ownership.) Current owner Lake Washington Partners announced a new 27,167-square-foot lease last week.
