A Brutalist sale in South Lake Union

SEATTLE — A mostly empty office building at 425 Pontius Ave. N. sold last week for $13 million, according to King County records. The seller was the court-ordered receiver for Swift Real Estate Partners, which acquired the property in 2020 for $39.5 million.
