SEATTLE — An industrial building at 2421 W. Commodore Way, plus yard space, sold last week for $28.4 million, according to King County records. The seller was Commodore Way Owner LLC, associated with Portland investment firm ScanlanKemperBard, which acquired the property as part of a larger 2020 deal.
SKB then paid $24 million for the entire 7-acre former Northwestern Industries glass manufacturing plant; it was vacant at that time. Last month, for over $36 million, SKB sold a fully leased portion of larger property to Morgan Stanley; that's the west complex, with two buildings.
