SEATTLE — As planned, a surplus Capitol Hill building owned by the Polyclinic (now Optum Care) sold last week to King County. The over $27.2 million deal was recorded on Friday. It had been brewing for months at 1145 Broadway.
CBRE put the building to market about two years back, with the individual brokers being Kyle Yamamoto, Mark Washington and Eli Hanacek. The deal was worth about $237 per square foot.
