SEATTLE — A commercial property at 2233-2245 First Ave. S. sold last week for $7.3 million, according to King County records. The sellers were two LLCs associated with Vulcan Real Estate and the estate of the late Paul G. Allen. They assembled the property in 2000 and 2016 for $7.3 million.
The larger of two neighboring buildings was once home to Allen's Living Computer Museum, which officially closed last year. It actually shut its doors during the pandemic, and never reopened. The old computers and such were auctioned last year at Christie's.
