Nordstrom Rack mulls move to vacant Forever 21 space

Alas, Forever 21 wasn’t forever.

Once home to the chic women's retailer I. Magnin, downtown's 601 Pine St. building later saw tenants including Old Navy, Fox Sports Grill, Planet Fitness, Gene Juarez and Forever 21. It's been vacant since early this year, with Real Retail seeking to fill the space. On the prominent corner of Sixth Avenue, opposite Pacific Place, it's in the heart of the central business district, which has been struggling since the pandemic.
