New owner for old Cap Hill mansion

SEATTLE — A century-old mansion, converted to apartments, sold last week for a bit over $2.2 million, according to King County records.

The seller at 1425 E. Prospect St. was a local family that had owned the property for decades. On the east side of Capitol Hill, it faces directly north to Volunteer Park.
