Pietromonaco makes Bothell buy

By JOURNAL STAFF

BOTHELL — Two older office buildings at 22722-22745 29th Drive S.E. sold earlier this month for $17.5 million.

Snohomish County only recorded the deal last week. The seller was ARE-Seattle No. 44 LLC, associated with Alexandria Real Estate Equities, which acquired the property in 2021 for $31.9 million.
