Eastside offices trade for $5M

REDMOND — A small office building at 8405 165th Ave. N.E. sold this week for not quite $4.9 million, according to King County records.

The seller was SFT LLC, associated with auto products company Shinn Fu, which acquired the property in 2013 for $1.7 million.
