Monroe industrial sells for over $11M

MONROE, Snohomish County — An industrial building at 17675 147th St. S.E. sold earlier this month for $11.5 million, according to Snohomish County records.

The seller was Monroe Ventures LLC, which acquired the property in 2016 for about $5.6 million.
