Pepsi bottling plant trades for over $9M

EVERETT — A Pepsi bottling plant at 1118 80th St. S.W. sold earlier this month for $9.5 million, according to Snohomish County records.

The seller was Bottling Group LLC, a Pepsi entity, which had owned the property decades.
