Queen Anne site to see new townhouses

SEATTLE — An old triplex at 2120 Ninth Ave. W. sold this month for almost $2.4 million, according to King County records.

The seller was 2120 9th LLC, which acquired the property last year for $2 million. It's on Queen Anne Hill's north side.
