Federal Way church sells for $3M

By JOURNAL STAFF

FEDERAL WAY — An office building-turned-church, at 1925 S. 341st Place, sold last week for a bit over $3 million, according to King County records.

The seller was Family Life Christian Center, which acquired the property in 2013 for $1.8 million.
