From Hard Rock to Strøm spa?

SEATTLE — Vacant since the tail end of 2023, the former Hard Rock Cafe space at 116 Pike St. has since proven difficult to fill. CBRE is the broker for about 18,977 square feet, including a large roof deck and full kitchen. Nebula Seattle — an offshoot of Cafe Nordo — filed a preliminary plan this summer, but opted instead for the Grand Central Block in Pioneer Square.
