Tacoma retail trades for $3.8M

TACOMA — A strip mall at 1000 Town Center N.E. sold last month for almost $3.8 million, according to Pierce County records.

The seller was 1000 Town Center NE LLC, which acquired the property in 2017 for essentially the same amount.
