Boeing buys big buildings for $54M

By JOURNAL STAFF

EVERETT — Boeing-leased buildings at 6001 36th Ave. W. sold last month for $54 million, according to Snohomish County records.

The sellers were APG Yucca Vine LLC and a partner. Under different names, those California investors acquired the property in 1999 for $26 million. ARKA Properties Group seems to have been the investment lead.
