With Amazon backing, mostly vacant SRO sells to SCIDpda

SCIDpda hasn’t announced plans for its new purchase of the vintage mixed-use building at Seventh and Weller.

In the International District last week, a vintage mixed-use building at 670 S. Weller St. sold for just over $2.5 million, according to King County records.
