Stadium Place space up for grabs

SEATTLE — Tom's Watch Bar opened its debut location at Seattle Center almost a year ago. Then still in planning was a Pioneer Square outpost at 121 S. King St. The old notion was to take the former Quality Athletics space in the west Stadium Place block, with about 4,083 square feet — plus outdoor seating.

With architect One Line Studio (based in Colorado, like the Tom's business), there were a few presentations to the Pioneer Square Preservation District Board … then silence.
