    The vacant bar, at left, lies below two levels of artist lofts.

    In Pioneer Square’s century-old Good Arts Building, the Bad Bishop cocktail bar had the misfortune of opening in 2019. Then the pandemic struck, office workers disappeared, and there was a flood from broken pipes over the cozy space at 704 First Ave.
