Kent warehouses sell for over $34M

By JOURNAL STAFF

KENT — An industrial property at 7835-7857 S. 180th St. sold this week for over $34.7 million, according to King County records.

The seller was Gateway Springbrook LLC, associated with Stockbridge Capital and the Los Angeles County Employees Retirement Association, which acquired the property in 2016 for $23.2 million.
